Carbis Bay Hotel, St. Ives
Happy New Year!
My visit to this really superb venue coincided with the epic 100 mile Arc of Attrition coastal race. As part of the coast path route, hundreds of runners were literally coming through the hotel grounds. With the beach and unbelievable vistas on one side, the hotel and its beautiful areas on the other side, and a trail of runners through the centre, it was quite a spectacle! There are numerous wedding venues within the hotel complex. Each suits a different budget and vibe but ALL are a feast for the eyes and a setting for a most magical ceremony experience. The decor, attention to detail and the simply stunning backdrop of the bay and extended coast are just wonderful.
